How to Find Polygon Token Charts by Contract or Mint Address

Polygon PoS tokens use EVM addresses. Bridged versions and token migrations mean the 'same' asset can have more than one address.

Short answer

To find a Polygon token's chart, take the address from an official source, select Polygon on a DEX data site and search by address. Watch for bridged stablecoin versions and for token migrations (Polygon's own MATIC-to-POL migration is an example of an asset changing contract). Pick a pool by liquidity and quote, and confirm the address on the chart. ChartsPod's listed venues are Binance, Bybit, OKX and Hyperliquid, so tokens that trade only on this chain's DEXes won't appear there; if the token is listed on one of those venues, use the venue symbol.

Sources and methodology

DEX Screener behaviour comes from its official documentation; pool and token concepts from CoinGecko, Uniswap, Raydium and Solana documentation, as read on 17 October 2026. Examples use illustrative numbers and do not refer to any real token. Nothing here is a recommendation to trade any token.

  1. DEX Screener: API reference — token and pair endpoints, nullable fields, rate limits.
  2. CoinGecko onchain API: Top pools by token address (pool schema) — pool fields and nullability (fdv_usd, market_cap_usd, reserve_in_usd).
