Order Flow During Asian Trading Hours in Crypto: What Price Response Adds to the Reading

Crypto trades around the clock, but participation shifts by time of day. Order flow during Asian hours can differ in size, venue mix and follow-through.

Short answer

During Asian trading hours (roughly 00:00–08:00 UTC), volume, venue mix and participants differ from European and US hours. Measure delta, volume and price change per unit of delta by session, and check whether moves started in Asian hours hold through the European and US sessions.
