ChartsPod Stacked Imbalance Zones: Market Coverage and Data Limits Explained
Stacked imbalances — several consecutive imbalance rows — are often treated as zones. Their reliability depends on the same coverage and settings limits as single imbalances.
Short answer
A stacked-imbalance zone is three or more consecutive rows with diagonal imbalances in the same direction. In ChartsPod, check footprint availability for the market, fix row size and ratio before marking zones, apply a minimum cell volume, and note whether zones are drawn from closed bars only. Zones from a live bar can disappear by the close.
What it shows
| Element | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Stack length | e.g. ≥ 3 rows |

| Settings | Row size, ratio, min volume |

Worked example
Illustrative: a live bar showed a four-row buy stack that shrank to one row by the close. Only the closed version should become a zone.

Sources and methodology
ChartsPod lists footprint and cumulative delta among its order-flow tools (public pages, 17 October 2026). Its public documentation does not enumerate individual footprint view modes or settings, so this guide describes what each concept means and what to check in the terminal; control names may differ. Examples are illustrative.
